Finance Manager / Orkla Care Finland

Orkla Care Finland is a functional entity formed by two consumer goods companies, Orkla Care Oy and Pierre Robert Oy. Orkla Care develops products for personal care, wound care, dietary supplements, sports nutrition, weight control, as well as household cleaning. Pierre Robert offers underwear and basic garments of high quality for women, men and children. Comfort is a key feature in all our products. Pierre Robert products are sold both in our own web shop and through the grocery channel.

In Finland we employ 65 persons and our turnover is 55 M€. Orkla Care Finland is a part of the Norwegian Orkla Group.

Finance Manager

Welcome to join our team in Vantaa.

You will be responsible for managing the finance team of three persons, together you secure that the local management is provided with financial insights into the business in a proactive manner. You will support the business with high-quality financial information for decision making, forecasting and the budget process. Your focus will be in preparing financial reports, forecasts and financial analyses, on a regular basis and ad hoc. Furthermore, you will have the role as a SAP implementation manager when the project of SAP S/4 begins during 2019. You report to the CFO for Orkla Care Finland.

Essential to your success is relevant experience from similar business controller or finance manager positions and knowledge from participating in ERP implementation processes. Previous experience from FMCG business and being part of a Nordic organization is an asset to you. We expect you to have a Master's degree in Finance and to be fluent in both written and spoken Finnish and English. Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage. You have excellent Excel skills, good ability to structure and analyze complex information and make it understandable for employees on all levels. Preferably you have experience in working as a superior.

The SAP project will require travelling within the Nordic countries.
